TENT RENTALS

From time to time your organization might need canopy tents for your special event site and/or to protect your special event from the elements (e.g., sun and rain).  The Eugene Airport Rotary Club, a service organization chartered by Rotary International, has a tent rental program. The funds received from this activity are used in service projects, both within our own community and internationally. 

 Tent rental(s) from Airport Rotary are full service, including delivery and set-up at the date, time, and location requested.  At the end of your event, we'll return to take-down and remove the canopies.  We even provide special, low rental prices for non-profit organizations (price list below).

Our club has purchased 10 high grade, event canopy tents.  The tents are 10’ X 20’, without side or end curtains.  For hard surfaces, sand tubes are used to secure each tent and for soft surfaces, sand tubes plus metal spikes are used. All rentals include set up and take down of the tent(s) by members of our Rotary Club.  The tent chairperson reserves the right to cancel rental if the weather conditions forecast winds higher than 20 MPH.
