District 5110 - Our district encompasses the southern two-thirds of the state of Oregon and the very northern part of the state of California. Geographically the district is a diverse landscape, from the rocky shores of the Pacific Ocean to the snow-covered 10,000 foot mountain peaks to dramatic deserts.
