Eugene Airport Rotarians are passionate about education. After our club was chartered, we recognized a need among high school students in the West Lane County school districts for a scholarship program.

Eugene Rotary Foundation incorporated in 1996 as a 501(c)3 primarily to raise funds thru donations and bequests to fund cash grants for college education for high school seniors who demonstrate need, drive and purpose. In 2000, we also began offering scholarships for past recipients to continue their education.

Our first "four-year" recipient, Oren Johnson, graduated from University of Oregon in 2006. He's currently attending law school.

Since 1998, we've raised more than $130,000 for 117 students.
